Riverside Café
The Riverside Café is the perfect place to come and relax after activities in the Sands or as a place to visit in its own right.
The Café is a popular stop off place for walkers to unwind and take stock of the beautiful views over the river Eden. Situated to the rear of the Sands the Café links onto popular park walks and the Hadrian’s Wall route. Easy parking is situated by Sands Centre car park and is ideal for Sands Centre customers, walkers or shoppers alike.
The Café has a seating capacity of 80 inside the café and 30 on the outside patio area.
We catering to large groups and functions within the Sands Centre and have an expansive hot and cold buffet and banquet menus.
The Café links closely within the other activities in the Sands Centre to offer a superb range of Children's Parties including 5 A Side, Didimen Inflatables, Skating, Mini Activities and Bouncy Fun and last but not least Treasure Island, the Sands Centres very own soft play adventure area. The Café also operates two bars so feel free to come and enjoy a drink or two before or after any of our 100 + shows per year or if you just fancy a treat by the River Eden.
