The LifeStyle Centre Gym incorporates a Cardio Theatre system that allows you to plug in & choose what you want to watch or listen to as you exercise. There is a great range of resistance equipment, free weights, a Stretch Zone and an Exercise to Music program that is packed full of classes from Pilates to BodyCombat taken by fully qualified instructors. There is also a new Spinning Studio & the Recreation Program is bursting with activities to suit the whole family.
