How To Book
We offer several ways to book tickets for our shows and events.
By Phone:
Call the Box Office on 01228 625222, open 9.30am - 9.30pm, seven days a week.
In Person:
Call into the Sands reception during the above hours.
We accept cash, cheques (if accompanied by a bankers card), Maestro, Visa & Mastercard. Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to a surcharge. Postage is charged at 50p.
Reservations will be held for up to seven days.
By Post:
Write to the box office with details of how many tickets you require, also please include a stamped addressed envelope and a contact number. Cheques to be made payable to Carlisle Leisure Limited. Note please allow up to 2 weeks prior to the performance when using this method of payment. Booking via post does not guarantee availability.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless an event is cancelled.
