Within this class you will find new improved posture, co-ordination and flexibility whilst enhancing your strength, shaping your waistline, toning your thighs and building self esteem.
This is guaranteed to be a fun relaxed environment, where regardless of your physical fitness and abilities you will challenge yourself and gain a thorough workout.
The slow, controlled, flowing movement of Pilates primarily strengthens the ‘core’ muscles that stabilise and support the spine, re-align the body and correct postural problems. Pilates brings mind and body together, focussing strongly on total concentration, balance and breathing.
Clothing for the class will be sports wear.
