A gentle massage of the skin and the tissue surrounding the muscles designed to give release of tension and stiffness in the muscles and joints . All massage treatments are charged at the following rates

These techniques treat muscle imbalance in tight and weak muscles by treating the tight muscles first, then strengthening the weak muscles. This technique also treats tension caused by joint problems, and increases the range of movement.
